Your own domain, in the same inbox.

Have a domain like yourname.ro? Bring it here. Mail for you@yourname.ro arrives next to your normake.com address, and you choose which one new mail goes from.

  • As many names as you need. contact@, office@, your own: all in one inbox, one password. A reply goes from the address the mail came to.
  • Its .com too. Add a second domain as an alias, and every address works on both.
  • Room for your people. Invite them onto your domain, each with an inbox and password of their own. You run the domain; you can't read their mail.
  • Signed and checked. Each domain gets its own DKIM key, and its records are checked every day, so its mail keeps arriving.

Once your address is two weeks old: Settings → Addresses → Add your own domain. The postmaster approves it; then you copy a few DNS records where you bought the domain, and the page checks them for you.

Start small. Grow with a good record.

Every new address starts with 25 messages a day and 50 MB, however it got its invite. Once it's two weeks old, the + beside each bar asks for the next step.

The postmaster reads each request and looks at how the address has been used:

  • Two weeks old. Long enough to show how it sends.
  • Mail that arrives. Few bounces: the messages reach real inboxes.
  • No spam reports. Nobody marked its mail as spam.

The whole sign-up form.

An address needs an invite, a name and a password. Everything else on a usual sign-up form is there to identify you, so we left it out. We store your address, a salted hash of your password, and your mail. If you add a recovery email, we keep only a hash of it: enough to check it when you ask for a reset, not enough to read it back.
